How this website’s appointment request form works, and what happens when you choose to contact us.
Appointment request details
The appointment form asks for a patient name, age, sex, village or town, and department. You can also choose a preferred doctor and date. These details are held temporarily in your browser’s page memory while you complete and review the form. This website does not submit those form details to a hospital database or save them in browser storage. Refreshing or closing the page clears the form.
Continuing to WhatsApp
When you choose “Continue to WhatsApp,” your details are included in a link that opens a prepared message in WhatsApp. WhatsApp receives that link and processes information under its own privacy policy. You must press Send in WhatsApp for the message to be sent to the hospital. The resulting conversation is handled by WhatsApp and the hospital’s reception team.
Please only share details you are comfortable sending through WhatsApp, and ensure you are authorised to share information if you are booking for someone else. Do not use the form to provide medical reports or detailed medical history.

Google Maps and WhatsApp links open third-party services. Their privacy practices apply when you use them. This website has no advertising trackers or analytics integrations configured.
